Being involved in the mod and scooter scene since the 90s, I have always had a passion for all things 60s & 70s, including: clothes, shoes, furniture and scooters. This love translated well to my business selling mid-century & vintage furniture.
Established over 11 years ago in South Shields, just outside of Newcastle, we started buying and selling furniture locally, eventually covering most of the North East. Now we source from all over the UK to ensure a diverse selection of interesting and individual pieces to suit a wide range of eclectic tastes. We have grown significantly since those early years and currently sell and ship items to customers all over the world.
We pride ourselves in the high quality of our furniture, predominantly selling Danish-inspired pieces as well as unique Danish and Scandinavian items. We also stock unusual and beautiful vintage & antique furniture that still suits modern tastes.
We are primarily an internet based business but all of our pieces are available to view by appointment, just get in touch.
Collection is free from our store, however we do offer daily deliveries throughout the North East and a weekly service to London with regular deliveries throughout most of the UK. Our delivery costs depend on the item and will be displayed alongside the cost of the piece, if you wish to find out more about delivery, or about our international shipping, please enquire.

Meet the team:-
Stuart – Stuart has over 30 years experience in cabinet making – even winning the Prince of Wales award for his grandfather clock. Stuart ensures each piece you receive is damage free.
Steve – Steve also has over 30 years in carpentry and finishing, but his main passion is his art – available to buy through Modjule. Steve ensures each piece is cleaned, restored and when its delivered to you, ready for use.
Using these skills we have decided to take the business to the next level – new and exciting projects will be coming soon.
