1930s Art Deco Oak Bureau Bookcase with Glazed Cabinets
A 1930s Art Deco oak bureau bookcase with beautiful tiger grain and warm colour throughout.
The carved fall-front bureau opens to a fitted interior with pigeonholes and writing surface, above three drawers with shaped oak handles. Glazed cabinets to each side feature leaded glass doors and internal shelving (later additions), ideal for display or books. Raised on carved block feet.
Solid oak, well proportioned and highly practical, offering storage, display and workspace in one.

Good vintage condition overall.
Light surface marks and minor edge wear consistent with age. Some wear to the top. Carved details remain crisp. Side cabinet shelves are later additions.
